GRUPO ERES

GRUPOERES

A world for people who rise by their own strength.

Understand your ability. Learn what you need. Take responsibility for your choices. Grupo ERES builds the paths and relationships that help a person grow.

A footballer needs ability on the pitch, language and preparation for daily life. An artist needs to understand their work and be ready to bring it into the world. A student preparing to study abroad needs to consider both academic choices and a sustainable life. We look at a person's ambition alongside the life that must sustain it.

01OUR PHILOSOPHY

Rise by your own strength. Turn that idea into real growth.

The spirit of rising by your own strength is the starting point of Grupo ERES. We value the will to understand your life, the courage to acknowledge what is missing, and the discipline to turn learning into action. We look beyond one assessment or one good result, towards a person who can judge their next choice for themselves.

Standing on your own does not mean solving every problem alone. It means being able to explain what you can do, ask for help when you need it, and turn advice into your own effort. Our responsibility is to answer that effort with careful observation, clear explanations and consistent support.

We meet the person before we attach a label. A footballer is also a student, a member of a family, and someone who may need to live in another culture. A useful route begins by understanding their strengths, difficulties, circumstances and aims together.

Protected Human Worlds expresses this commitment: preserve a person's dignity and the continuity of their life while they learn and take on challenges, then help them assume more responsibility for their own decisions. This is why we build our services and structures.

02INVITATION THROUGH READINESS

An invitation begins with understanding readiness together.

Grupo ERES is the public entrance where anyone can explore our thinking and routes. TuEres helps a person understand where they stand and what kind of beginning they need. ERES is a selective, long-term relationship opened after learning, assessment and suitability have been considered.

Applicants have a responsibility to study and explain their own aims, provide honest material, understand feedback and be ready to complete agreed tasks. We have a responsibility to explain our assessment, the support offered and what the next step requires.

A student should discuss the decision fully with their family. Together they need to understand the challenge, its effect on school and daily life, and the time and effort it will require. We make that conversation possible by explaining the current position and the available choices in detail.

A long-term programme is a significant commitment of time and money. Before work begins, we agree its scope, deliverables, timetable, costs and the responsibilities of the participant and family. A plan must be sustainable for growth to continue.

03THREE WAYS TO BEGIN

Find the beginning you need now.

Some people first need an assessment. Others want to understand football more deeply, or prepare to take on responsibility through study and practical work. Different starting points begin with the same attention to the person.

01

Athlete Trinity

Understand an athlete's readiness.

We consider language and culture, psychology and welfare, and sport and daily life together. Football ability can be ahead of language or everyday preparation. Understanding these differences helps shape the next assessment and development tasks.

Athletes and families who want a clear understanding of current ability and readiness for a different environment.

02

Futbolista Universe

Understand the wider world of football.

Learn football, watch matches, experience cities and cultures, and meet people and projects. Content, experiences, communities and markets help a person understand how football works and give shape to their interests and direction.

People who want to discover their direction through football culture and experience.

03

Trustcraft

Turn learning into work you can be responsible for.

A selective learning accelerator built around research, learning, trial deliverables, evidence and feedback. People, teams and brands develop what they can actually do, then take on responsibilities appropriate to that preparation.

People and teams preparing for greater responsibility by demonstrating ability through study and practice.

An experience can clarify a goal and lead to assessment. An assessment can reveal a learning task and lead to further study and a fresh review. These entrances connect; the next step follows the person's evidence and needs.

04ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT

We send only players who pass the assessment.

Before dispatch for a club trial or a placement process, ERESFUTBOLISTA assesses a player's football ability and readiness. We do not dispatch players who have not passed. When we recommend a player, we must be able to explain the football reasons for that recommendation.

When a player needs more preparation, we explain what is missing and what to study or train. The player completes the tasks; we observe again using the same framework. The next choice can be more preparation or a different route.

Athlete Trinity examines the athlete's overall readiness. Football assessment examines actual match situations and the demands of the player's position. Observations lead to a judgment, a development plan and reassessment.

  1. 01

    Understand the starting point

Review the goal, playing history, original match footage, education and daily circumstances.

  2. 02

    Assess with evidence

Read match situations against the demands of the position and stage, and consider another evaluator's view.

  3. 03

    Design the work

Explain how strengths and gaps translate into training and learning tasks.

  4. 04

    Observe the change

Reassess after practice using the same framework, recording what changed and the next choice.

Professional Square

01

Physicality

Endurance, speed, contact, explosiveness and physical execution in match situations.

02

Technicality

Ball control, coordination, touch and execution observed in actual play.

03

Tactical Understanding

Scanning, position, role and choices in the context of the game.

04

Communication

Understanding instructions, asking questions, communicating and adapting to the environment.

New evidence should make our judgment more precise.

We distinguish an observation from its interpretation. A missed pass alone cannot establish a player’s tactical understanding. We examine the surrounding movement, positional task, pressure from the opponent, coaching instruction and what the player could see.

The player explains their decision and asks questions. The coach compares interpretations and agrees what to observe in the next training task. When a new sequence challenges an earlier explanation, we record the difference and change the task or plan. Research becomes a habit within training and conversation.

The supporting records connect a person’s goal, observed situations, reasons for assessment, tasks, responsible people and reassessment. Families receive the same explanation. Technical staff and independent reviewers can preserve a different view. The structure matters when it lets us explain clearly why a judgment changed.

JP ACADEMY SYSTEM

JP Academy System

ELEVATE

Understand the current position and build foundations and everyday discipline.

ASCENDR

Build improvement through repetition, feedback and records.

PIONEER

Complete work independently and take responsibility for choices.

CROSSROADS

Consider school, country, playing level, family time and budget together.

UNLOCK

Connect the conditions and support required for a real opportunity.

ADVANCE

Examine readiness against external demands and prepare the next transition.

The player and family should understand the strengths, the reasons for a judgment, the work to complete, the reassessment and the next route. That understanding gives the player responsibility for their own preparation.

05LEARNING FOR A LIFE THAT CONTINUES

Study prepares you to make the most of the next opportunity.

An opportunity is difficult to sustain without the preparation to understand and use it. The language to follow a coach, the ability to learn new material, and the judgment to understand your situation matter beyond the pitch as well.

SAPIENS, Ego Sapiens and Trustcraft connect, while each answers a different need. People have different reasons for finding study difficult and different next goals. The support should respond to those differences.

SAPIENS

Build a better way to learn.

An education accelerator connecting foundations, study methods, curriculum, learning habits and progress. A learner needs a clear starting point, a way to practise and a way to recognise improvement.

Ego Sapiens

Plan a life of studying in another country.

An overseas-study route connecting academic choice, language, adaptation and sustainable local life. Choosing where to study must be connected to being ready to continue studying there.

Trustcraft

Connect learning with practice and responsibility.

Identify learning needs, then examine ability through education, tasks, trial deliverables and review. Responsibilities and participation expand when the person can carry out the work they have learned.

One difficulty does not define a person. We explain what they have learned and where they are stuck, then help them make the next choice through correction and further review.

06CARE WITH ATTENTION

Small changes in everyday life deserve attention.

Training hours alone do not explain a player's performance. Sleep, the ability to continue school, confidence to ask questions in an unfamiliar environment, and conversations with family are part of preparation. Understanding the person's circumstances makes training and travel plans realistic.

ERESATLETA connects development across sports with education, recovery and life transitions. It can connect with ERESFUTBOLISTA to assemble the support a footballer needs. Records and responsibility should pass between the relevant people so the player does not have to repeat the same story at every door.

The Care connects people and professional support in defined situations needing closer attention. We specify who keeps contact, the scope of support, who receives an urgent concern and how responsibility passes to the next person. Bright Tiger safeguarding principles accompany routes for minors.

Records exist to help us understand people. We must listen directly to difficulties that a number or checklist cannot explain. Everyday concerns stay connected to an accountable person and a support plan when the next decision is made.

07THE GRUPO ERES FAMILY

Distinct brands connect the needs of one person's journey.

The Grupo ERES family answers different starting points and needs. Each name has a purpose. When a relationship moves to another part of the family, it should be clear what is handed over and what support comes next.

08THE STRUCTURE BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE

Clear roles make careful service consistent.

Good explanations need a working structure behind them. It must be clear who understands the first request, who assesses, and who carries the conversation between the field and the family. Grupo ERES connects sport, culture and learning using the philosophy and shared operating standards of JP Organization.

Sport portfolio and field work connect through JP Sports. Technical assessment, methods and development planning connect through the Technical Committee and J&P Sportssolutions. Operations coordinate reception, field work, routes and handovers. Technical work handles observation, assessment, planning and reassessment.

JP Cultura, JP Arts and Sense & Sensibility Work Studio connect cultural and creative routes. ERESartista supports an artist's long-term development; JP Arts connects creative projects; the studio works on writing, design and how the experience is communicated. JP Group designs, tests and accelerates businesses, brands and projects.

When a player is ready for senior contracts and representation, the route can connect to J&P Sportsmanagement. The player and representative then define the professional work in a separate mandate and relationship. The growth record informs that next decision.

Operations

Understand the player's and family's goals, coordinate the route and everyday arrangements, and keep contact and handovers clear.

Technical work

Observe actual performance, explain assessments and connect development tasks with reassessment.

Independent review

Examine the evidence and readiness separately, then explain what can proceed, what needs repair and what must stop.

Professional representation

J&P Sportsmanagement defines and executes senior representation and contract work through a separate professional mandate.

09LEARNING FROM EVERY CASE

Our methods learn as people change.

We read goals, football ability, language, everyday life, family and environment together. We keep examining which change affected training, which preparation helped the next step and whether the same judgment remains sound in another setting.

The Player Passport connects the player’s facts and footage with the reasons and versions of assessments. Support plans preserve the work, deliverables, responsible people and timetable. Reassessment compares an earlier judgment with present evidence and explains what changed.

These records form the basis of our ontology: a structure of knowledge about how one person’s football, education, language, daily life and relationships connect. New cases and feedback refine those connections so we can understand the next person with greater precision and care.

The explanation a student and parent receive should come from this structure: where they stand, what to do next and why a route is proposed. A complex system earns its value by making that explanation clearer.

11A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR FAMILY

Talk through these questions before applying.

Players: explain the challenge you want to take on. Why this route? What can your current matches show? What are you doing to improve the areas that need work? You should be able to discuss your own preparation.

Families: consider education, daily life, time and costs together. Discuss what preparation is needed for an unfamiliar environment, whom the student can speak to when something is difficult, and what choices remain after the challenge.

For the first conversation, prepare your goal, current playing and academic situation, match footage and history, and the questions that matter to your family. You do not need every answer in advance. Honest preparation and the willingness to learn are the starting point.

We help players and families understand the same explanation and make the next choice with their own judgment.

GRUPO ERES · PROTECTED HUMAN WORLDS

Begin by understanding your next step.
